Strategic collaboration in the Traysealer business
Italianpack is collaborating with Multivac
Como (Italy), Wolfertschwenden (Germany) / August 5, 2021 – Italianpack has signed a collaboration agreement with MULTIVAC Sepp Haggenmüller SE & Co. KG that has a purchase option for 25.1 percent of the shares in Italianpack S.p.A. with a term of three years.
As part of the collaboration, Italianpack will manufacturer the smaller model series Traysealers branded Multivac that will begin being sold through MULTIVAC’s global sales and service network.
Both companies are confident that this will enable them to serve their respective customers as even better partners.
